Aubrey Bennett, PT, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy, University of South Alabama
Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, Mississippi State University
Aubrey was introduced to physical therapy in high school following a sports injury and, as a result of her experience, chose it as her career. Aubrey has worked in outpatient orthopedics, acute care, and outpatient pediatrics. She is passionate about pediatric physical therapy because she desires every child to reach his or her full potential, promoting each child’s independence and participation in all aspects of life, but especially values the opportunity to build relationships with her clinic kids and their families. Her professional goals include earning her specialty certification in pediatrics and becoming a recommended provider for physical therapy services in the Mobile area.
When not working with our clinic kids and their families, Aubrey likes tent camping with her husband, Jacob, reading, running, and enjoying all things Mobile. She attends People of Mars Hill church and loves to serve her community. She holds a special place in her heart for adoption, foster care, family reunification where possible, and child advocacy because she believes every child should be in a home filled with love.

Master of Education in Exercise Science, University of South Alabama
Bachelor of Science in Health, Physical Education Non-Teaching with an Emphasis in Sports
Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant, Bishop State Community College
Dawn has been with Pediatric Physical Therapy, LLC, since 2008 and has over two decades of experience working in outpatient orthopedics, skilled nursing, and pediatrics, including over ten years of experience fitting pre-fabricated splints and braces. She is board certified both as a physical therapy assistant and in athletic training and is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Alabama Athletic Trainers’ Association (ALATA). She has worked extensively with children who have torticollis, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, spina bifida and is skilled in kinesio taping and agility sports training rehab, but her “claim to fame” among the clinic kids is as the creator of the prize box.
Dawn grew up in Troy but relocated to Mobile to earn her master’s degree where she met and married her husband. They have one son and spend much of their time at the ball park, camping, and fishing on the lake. She also volunteers with the special needs class at her church and enjoys supporting our clinic kids at Special Olympics and Buddy Ball.
Caroline Saway, LPTA
Bachelor of Arts and Sciences, The University of Alabama
Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant, Bishop State Community College
Caroline came to Pediatric Physical Therapy, LLC, in 2018. She was inspired to pursue a career in physical therapy because of her older brother who has a disability. Years of tagging along at his therapy sessions gave her insight into the needs of children with disabilities and their family members. Her experience as a sibling of child with special needs allows her to connect with the clinic kids and their families in a more personal way, and she cherishes the opportunity to help the kids reach their goals.
A native of Mobile and the youngest of eight children, Caroline is passionate about fitness and healthy living. She loves to run and teaches boot camp classes in her spare time. Her love of children with challenges has also led her to support the Make-a-Wish Foundation.
Jessica Too, LPTA
Associate of Applied Science in Physical Therapy Assistant, Bishop State Community College
Jessica’s fascination with the rehabilitation aspect of recovery following traumatic injury led her to become a physical therapy assistant. She has been working with children through therapeutic exercise and rehabilitation at Pediatric Physical Therapy, LLC, since 2013 – we call her the “baby whisperer” because of her knack for convincing kids to try to walk.
In addition to her work with children at our clinic, Jessica occasionally fills in as a PRN at a local nursing home. When she’s not working, she enjoys movies, shopping, running local races with her husband, and supporting the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation in support of her daughter, who has Type 1 diabetes.
